Norm, I had a similiar problem with the rudder on my BW #81. After removing all the bolts to replace the pintles, I found water dripping out wnen I turned it upside down. I duct taped all the holes except for one and applied a small amount of pressure to the interior and found with soapy water, leaks where the rudder is seamed. I found that I could blow water out by pressurizing the top hole. I opened up the seams with a diamond point Dremel and filled them with thickened epoxy and pressured again to check for leaks. I made brass bushings with 5/16" tubing I found at Ace Hardware and epoxied them in the 12 holes, which had the right ID clearance for the 1/4" bolts. If you need more details let me know. Looks like you need Daves extra pintles and gudgeons.
