I have used Trinidad bottom paint since the early '90's. First on BW #80 and then my Island Packet. It has the highest CU of any bottom paint and may last 2-3 years with washing in between. The only problem I ever had was where it didn't stick to the gel coat, probably a spot not sanded or degreased correctly. I kept them on the Texas coast where the water is about the same temp as NO. I don't think you can find anything any better, if you leave the boat in the water. Trailering is a different story.
Want to work on a boat and not sail? Get a bigger one with systems.
