yesterday I had the thought that maybe I was THE most northern Catalina 27 sailor actually sailing. The Bay that is normally crowded in the warmer months was desolate yesterday. I counted just 5 sailboats yesterday, 3 were so far away that they were just specs on the horizon. The other 2 were close by as I headed in, one was on his way north towing a dingy and the other was motoring. I felt alone most of the time. That is a strange feeling just a few miles south of Annapolis.
