Alcohol Stove -- Origo 3000?

Hi All:

I'm about to take out the original propane stove in my c-27. I've never used it since I purchased the boat, out of plain old fear of the rusty beast. I'm going to go with an alcohol stove because the solenoids and sniffers etc. associated with a proper propane system are just too darn expensive and elaborate for a boater who typically cooks on the rail anyway, and will only use the stove a couple times a month.

For a replacement, I am figuring on the Origo 3000. It'll fit the old stove slot very nicely and leave me with room for shelves beneath. Before I order online, I thought I'd ask people's opinions, in case someone says: "No, wait, Brand X is twice as good and half the price!" etc.

Any suggestions?
