I wish I was that close. Still, it's easier to get out on the water with the C-27 since there's no rigging and launching to do.
This coming summer you'll have to keep your eye out for my previous boat. It's a little gaff-rigged thing with tanbark sails that I built and launched a few years ago. Sold it to a lady in Wayzata.
