I've been wondering how hard it would be to replumb/replace the faucet without removing the galley cabinet. I'm wondering if it would be possible to snake a new line up to the faucet and put the deman pump inside the engine compartment. I'd probably cut the foot lever off the old pump and cover the hole with a nice looking bit of wood.
