i was about to cut a hole in the footwell area beneath the stove but found that it was not difficult to remove the galley. I won't comment on the difficulty in getting it out of the boat. i will admit that it was much more difficult to reinstall. still knowing what i know now i would cut an access panel in the footwell area beneath the stove then access the fasteners to remove the sink.
