Filling voids

Yes, fill the voids with cabosil thickened epoxy so you have as smooth as possible area to lay glass. Believe me, the time it takes to make everything smooth and all corners rounded will pay you back times ten when you go to lay down the glass. Watch how much thickened epoxy you pour at one time so it doesn't get too hot. Good Luck!
