How to Replace Jib Halyard Sheve Pulley?

Report: outside forum guidelines

Hi friends,

My Jib Halyard Jib Sheve pulley is shot.

How do I replace it?

It looks like the front head stay cable mount interfers with just removing and replacing it. Not enough room to remove and replace easily.

Do I have to remove the front head stay cable? Remove the plate at the top of the mast?

Help! I want to go sailing tomorrow!
