In Response To: Report from up on top of the mast (Rick Powers)

You may have to resort to drilling the pins out and replacing them. On the assumption that yours is a salt water boat it seems that the interaction between aluminum amd stainless steel in a salt atmosphere causes the two metals to almost weld together. I don't think I would care to do this with the mast up
