Engine Water Intake

Report: outside forum guidelines

This spring I am planning to replace the through-hulls and gate valves. I looked at Catalina Direct. They talk about replacing the head inlet and sink/icebox drains. What about the engine cooling water intake? I can't get close to my boat to look at the fitting but know there's a gate valve to replace. Do I need to replace the through-hull fitting or just the valve? Any idea what size the threads are on that fitting?

Due to the location of the boat relative to the parts, I need to get the parts ahead. I would like to avoid a trip if I can.

Thanks for the help?
