need halyard recommendation

I am replacing the wire halyards with rope. I bought the ball bearing sheaves from catalina direct which can be used with 5/16" line. I would like to strike the right balance between low stretch and affordability on my boat, which is used for daysailing and maybe the occasional overnight, but possibly for racing in the future. I will replace the main and genoa halyards, but I am also installing a spinnaker line and would like a recommendation for that as well. Also, I would like to know where to buy them from. Thanks.
