Bare boat emergency!

We are going for a 10 day bareboat trip from St.Vincents to Grenada on a 38 foot Cat starting this saturday. My wife and I are captain and crew. We are bringing our 3 boys, ages 7,8, and 2. We had planned to bring our part time nanny to keep the 2 year old out of trouble, but due to medical issues, she may not be able to go.
Sooo, are we crazy to try to do this without her? We have done 3 previous trips with the 2 older boys, and they are very well behaved, follow instructions, and are great swimmers. This is the first time with a 2 year old, who is the captain of his own ship, so to speak. We have tethers, harnesses, and PFDs for all 3, and plan on using them.
Any advice, or warnings?
