Engine bilge drain to keel drain clog. Help!

Hi friend,

I have a 1976 Cat 27 with an inboard Atomic 4 gas engine.

Opening the engine compartment hatch, there is a "V" bottom tiny bilge area that receives water and leaky oil from the engine.

That engine bilge has a small 1/4" drain hole that goes to the main keel bilge.

Here is the problem:

That drain hole is clogged and I can't figure out how to clear the obstruction.

I have tried a coat-hanger, electrical wire, but I can't figure out the route of the tubing, which seems not to be a straight line.

Can somebody tell me how that drain tube runs?

Thanks!
