Never seen genoa cams? Really?

Guess I felt the winches held most of the load and cams would be faster to adjust than tying onto a cleat.

The cams are Harken, sold by Catalina Direct (& elsewhere of course): http://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=988

The text made it sound like these would work better than most cams, even under load. Guess it wouldn't be the first time I've fallen for an ad!

Seriously, no one else on this forum has seen or has rigged their boat with cams for jib/genny sheets?
