I just changed it this weekend. The best way to see the block screw is to look at it through the starboard engine access hatch. You should see the nipple and right above it the lever to open the flow. I squeezed a cheap funnel with a long hose into the space and the hose out to my collection container. You could also just hook a hose direct to the nipple and save any mess and trouble (think it's probably 5/16 or 3/8" nipple.
It's there and it's not too bad, just remember to open the coolant fill lid too to provide better drainage.
