From the bulkhead on the starboard side to the aft door is exactly 7 ft. It tapers from 40 inches at the rear to 36 1/2 forward. Remember that there will have to be a notch at the compression post, and that there will be a semi-circular cutout at the quarter berth and a slight lip under the sink area. It's another 29 1/2 inches from the bulkhead forward to the ledge by the v-berth, and another 16 1/2 inches in that small area at the v-berth. You will probably have to do some trimming at the boat, but you can at least get the large piece cut this way. Hope this helps.
