You might also look at Jamestown Distributors, Hamilton Marine and BOsun Supplies, Inc.
If you aren't going to use stainless, look at bronze. Most of the hinges at the orange or blue big box stores are going to be brass or chrome plated steel. The plating is very thin and, in my experience, not very well done.
