thru-hull transducer

Hello all.
Does anyone have any video or photos of them removing a depth or speed transducer? My boat is in the water and I need to replace my speed transducer. I have a plug, but never used it before. My boat is an '88 C27. The plug looks like it would just press in after I pull the transducer out, but I don't want to force anything. So photos or video would be great.
