I filled in 2 of the 6 windows between the outer and inner skins with epoxy/silica. It came out ok, but due to some flexibility in the 2 skins, the thickness of the total construct came out a little variable depending on how much epoxy was in any particular area, which means that the inner window frame does not sit completely flush on the outer window frame. This doesnt seem to cause any leaks however.
