Patrick,

I also find that the deck area around the cabin to be VERY tight - so anything I could to do try to open it up a bit would be welcome. It is tight because the cabin is SO big, but the deck is SO small.

I am unsure how yours got moved so far inward - but getting them and the lifelines further out, has to be a good plan.

So unless you have concerns about running into stuff, or concerns that you do not have sufficient adjustment in the length of the life lines - move them out...

Just my 2 cents..
