Report: outside forum guidelines

Catboats are very easy to sail as others have mentioned. I ordered some literature from the Catboat Association which I found very helpful. The techniques for dumping air in heavy winds or getting the most lift out of the gaff sail in light air are not intuitive ideas to a sloop sailor.
