Headroom aboard Com-Pac Catboat

I have been reading the posts at this site and have become convinced that the ease of mast set up make one of the Com-Pac cats is the cat for me. My goal is to trailer to the northern California lakes and lagoons. A problem may be that I am 6’6” tall. The Com-Pac Sun Cat brochure speaks of 3’6” sitting head room. Does that mean 3’6” from the settee to the cabin room or 3’6” from the cabin sole to the cabin roof? Seated, I would need about 3’3” from the settee to the roof. I know the bunk is a bit short but I have made do with similar bunks. What I want to be able to do is sit in the cabin and read or drink a cup of coffee sitting up. I am also considering the Horizon and wondering is there is possible more head room aboard that craft. I am 800 or more miles from the nearest dealer located in San Diego. The only cat boat that I have been aboard recently is a 19 foot Menger cat, which had plenty of head room. Don
