Marshall vs. SunCat

I know it is a matter of opinion but I am interested is hearing what people on this forum think. I have been researching buying a Marshall Sandpiper. Because of the perception that they are rare, the price is somewhat inflated. My research has informed me that the Marshall is the best built Catboat available. Here is my question:
Is a Marshall worth the extra money? I can get a good deal on a Suncat.
