Look at photo #3. The downhaul line is the white with red line hanging from the small block below the boom. It runs down to a small block at the base of the mast, out to a turning block, and then back to a spinlock at the aft edge of the cabin. The white line with green that is tied to the hook on top of the mast is not a cunningham but a jiffy reach that runs up to the bottom cringle in the sail luff and then down to the base of the mast where I installed a small block, a turning block, and a spinlock next to the downhaul so it parallels the downhaul. That way, I never have to leave the cockpit to reef.
Did I ever mention that I'm absolutely paranoid about NOT going forward when I'm singlehanded?
