U do not need a tailing winch, two turns around any barrel winch will give U all the power U should need. I do agree with Jim, If it takes that much power to raise the sails, Sumptin's wrong. Try having a male do it at the dock and see if its justa U or really a problem. If I were there we'd solve it in about 10 min. Sorry! gene
