Keeping me alive and well, lost 35# since Feb. and am trimming up, blood pressure is now 118/65 pulse about 58-70. blood sugar is now steady at 88-115. Giving me life and a few bux too. I will be home after 9:pm on Friday so let me know. Winch Wench! LOL
