(link) (pic) (Rahn Lawton (2 Hobie Adventure Islands and a Suncat again)) For offshore- hard to beat "The Care and Feeding of Sailing Crew by Lin and Larry Pardy. Locally a week should be a snap. They now have Ice boxes which will hold for a week.
