Hi Mark,
The boat you saw at Scurvy is my old Herreshoff Scout. I boat it after Hurricane Georges about 10 years ago. The owner thought the boat was lost in the storm. When he went out to pick up the mooring ball, the boat was still attached, and about 10 foot underwater. I bought it and because of severe damage to the mast partners, converted her to a launch. Chris bought it from me after I finished the hull. He's a friend and a sucker for classic lines like us. He's had her in the water, but never finished the deck or settled on a permanent power plant (it has an outboard in a well). I bought Bella Anna, my Crooked Island Catboat, a week or two after I sold the Herreshoff to Chris.
Really enjoyed the Blues with you and your family. Hard to beat good company!
