Kristen, quit the job, take the one closer to Russ. That old "absence makes the heart grow fonder" stuff... well, how do you like being apart? Your jobs are not your lives (well, for some people they are). It's a wonderful thing when you have a job you love, in a place you love, working with people you love. I know that because we had it... for almost 30 years. But, it wasn't the first job we had... or the second... or... well, it takes time to get yourself positioned in life.
If this job isn't THE job, then do whatever you have to do to be together. Circumstances brought you together, now you must MAKE the circumstances work to keep you together.
Good luck with all these decisions.
