In Response To: Lake Tashmoo fantastic! Squall line UGLY! (pic) (Greg Miller)

Intrigued by the name I looked up info about the Nobska Light. Looks like it might have been the only properly maintained light in the region in the 1840's. In 1864 the lightkeeper logged 188 passing vessels, 175 of which were schooners.
