Yes you can, I recommend that you use the proper u-channel window rubber (glass supplier) and cut a templet of the alum. frame for the new lexan or other material. The existing plastic was improperly cut on mine and left gaps in the radiuses, which caused leaks. Inaddition the thickness of the window with the thickness of the u-channel rubber should be checked for a very snug fit. You may want the window installer to do the job. In order to asure of a water tight seal the window needs to be cut correctly and the u-channel fit (without gaps) and then pop rivited back together. Now that the window is water tight you then need to frame back in boat (check for gaps) and seal the frame to the cabin top.
