That's an interesting concept. I haven't had a need to do something like this in a long time, writing procedual manuals for the military, both adminstrative and technical. It took forever and even after the final draft, Change 1,2 and so on had to be posted. Memory typewriters that came out in early eighties helped, my first PC was C88 Wang with IBM immulation.
I have the CM manual in Microsoft Word but I can remember if I still have the complete one or not. In the back most of the technicals for others than the CM30 is gone. The diagrams of the boat and mast, one cannot read but could take a SWAG at. I'll have to check my archived files to see if the rest is still there.
So on the technical side to all this getting the wealth of knowledge that has been posted here in one file or folder as you may, could be helpful to many. SP was built in 76 and much has changed and improved since or is no longer available as original equipment. Knowledge of what works and what doesn't. Costly mistakes and inovative sucesses. In that light we all know what BOAT means, break out another thousand, making that less painful is a noble idea.
