Date: 1/12/08 9:57a.m. Report: outside forum guidelines In Response To: keel trunk support (pic) (Bob CM26) Bob I think your on to it.I believe glassing a piece of angled 2x6 would be fine.My boat had rot across the bottom,so I removed it and left it off.I then noticed the flex in the trunk while the keel was down.It brings the hair on the back of nect to attention when you see thing moving.I replaced with hardwood and glass and that put an end to it.Good luck
