Off to Bali

Report: outside forum guidelines

I've been invited to Northern Bali (Lovina) for some R&R and diving and whatever comes my way. Three weeks, end of Feb till late Mar. Has anyone been there before? and what to expect? Not soon enough to get away from this weather. Yesterday in just a sweater and 45 degrees and 24 hours later 17 below and over 40 below windchills now. At least my Ford Exploder got vacumned out and cleaned. Got many other things done too before it started raining last night. Any input whats there that you know would be great to know. I just started looking things up after locking in my flights. NWA's live res's are great, walked me thru all the way there and back. I hope she doesn't dump her truck driving husband because of my call , 20 minutes or so, told about all of you guys, sailing, my island = work and some fun, and so on. Well I'm pumped up to go, let's see the to go list starters, new underware, that's probably all I need the most. Most of my summer clothing is either on the boat or at the island 300 miles North of here. I need another insane trip too, not really but I do have to extend my dock. 4 foot dia culvert, 5.5 feet long, cut a hole in the ice, drop it in and fill it with rock (ready and covered on shore). Trust me filling it is alot easier than picking every rock out of the water I saved to do this that are covered on shore. Back to Bali, like I said, just starting to look at everything, this came out of the blue while I was getting ready to get a puppy (poop and puke). So a major shift in my focus has happen.
