Hey Vince...The Superfurl system is really a cool way to go for a 26 Clipper. I have had one in use for about 5 seasons and love it. I jokingly said it saved our marriage because of forever hanking on sails and never having quite enough head sail or too much.
When we got our Superfurl we found included a supply of sail slides that you sew onto your sail...we placed these where the hanks would normally be placed. This was the only real work involved and we did it in less than 45 minutes.
Everything else is done while sitting on the bow of your boat. The entire system is mounted onto the forestay and up it goes while sitting on your front deck. There is a light halyard assembly which pulls your sail up thru the air-foil aluminum sections much like your mainsail slides up your mast. Oh well...you'll get detailed instructions with the system. It was important to get the actual length of the forestay in order to get the proper number of airfoil pieces. I did this by running a tape measure up the forestay using the jib halyard.
In practice you will only need to use your genny and ours fit perfectly. It really is a pleasure sitting in your cockpit and being able to pull in or let out as much sail as you need without any hassle.
The service and support from Don B. has been A+. Originally I checked them out at their web site which illustrates better than I can explain how the system installs...check it out at www.superfurl.com Happy Clippering !
