I know, problem is the pulley is the wrong diameter (what was that formula greg?) and the tube needs to be open enough to minimize chafe but then you let in water....maybe not now with the new tube height. I still may try it. WM & Boatworld sell the Master Lock winch, or they used to.

Shoot, I just found it for $65 on Amazon, I just may do it for that price. Check the specs, don't go out without a manual backup......
