This is an excellent Sailboat! 30 ft. long + 8 ft. wide. Standing head room. Trailerable. Very easy to sail. A good boat for learning to sail. A Great lake or coastal cruiser. Batten Main sail. 3 point jiffy riffing. 110 and 120 jibs. 180 roller furling jib. storm jib. Sails Good cond. 3 burner propane stove. Sleeps 5 comfortably. It has a 12.5 Hp. Honda two cylinder four stroke saildrive motor with 245 hours. Electric and pull start. New in 2002. Fish finder/depth finder. VHF radio with mast mounted antenna. Sony CD, am fm stereo interior speakers and outdoor cockpit speakers. Port-o-potty head. Pressure water. Flash water heater. Large built in ice chest. Lots of storage. New bottom paint. Trailer has new tires.
