Hi Rob, and welcome to the Clipper family. I'm the guy collecting HINs. If the boat was built before November, 1972, it won't have a regulation HIN, but the earlier boats had their own Clipper version. Either way, I think there should be a serial number on the inside starboard transom, unless it has been painted over. The photos are not the greatest for showing where to look, but it's the best I can do right now. Happy refurbishing! Greg
