Greg, The lift was there when I bought the house. It would pobably lift the house if I could get it on there. I can't even get the boat on there right now due to keel issues. My wife told me I'm not allowed to mess around on the sailboat any more until I get the power boat that used to occupy that space on the used boat lot at Patrick Air Force Base. I plan to do that tomorrow. Rob
