Borrowing one from a plumber would be ideal as they get expensive in those sizes (3 3/4" to 4 3/4"). I'll snap some pics of mine when it gets light out. I see Beckson offers a passive vent rated @ 350 cubic feet per hour in a 5-knot breeze. White plastic-$25.99 or stainless-$47.99. Not affiliated, just looks like a good deal.
