Hi thanks for the reply on seaworthiness Joe Gusto,

"Be sure to check there rubber washer on the keel wench, mine gave way and broke my hand."

I am not sure which washer you are talking about with the winch. I haven't operated the winch yet as the boat has been upside down ever since we have owned it. If you could just elaborate on this washer so I know what to look for as we reinstall. Thanks
