1973, covers all the boats,including cl23, but doesnt show the twin keel. Would the rigging and other spec work? I would scan this manual and E mail the pages for you. I know you must have checked the archives. I know one other two other 23tw owners. One here on the sight from Helena Montana,Leroy CM21TK(see trailor sailor forum this sight today's posting on wing VS Swing keel) and Larrel Barber here in reno, who sometimes visits this sight.
