The other Greg was considering a Mexican 26 on ebay but it was unclear whether that particular boat had a swing keel. Where the hinge pin would be was covered by a blanket or something and they had a doormat of sorts near the companionway, so the obvious clues were hidden. As I understand it, the Mexican version of the keel winch is mounted, or at least located, on or near the underside of that step just aft of the companionway, is that right? Pretty much straight up from where the bottom end of the keel goes in the retracted position? And there is an access hole of some kind for accepting the winch handle? What myself and others would like to see is a photo or two or three that show how that keel winch solution is implemented. Thanks in advance, Greg
