Sorry guys but I just had a major loss of digitals, computers, and drives with backups due to a complete power failure in our city. Can't ever be prepared enough. With recovery programs I've been able to save a few pics and I'm in the process of rebuilding my own server where these are housed. Look at the pics and try to figure out what I've done. There is a metal plate on both sides of the center board where the winch is mounted with three visible bolts. There is a through plate on the step just before entering the cabin where the winch handle is placed. I also have a plexi through port to see the state of the keel cable connection. The turning pulley as seen here is mounted in the trunk at such an angle as to align the cable straight to the end of the keel. I've replaced the original (red) winch with a new Fulton. I don't know how long these pics will be up as I'm playing with different security measures for my webserver and sites. Mike
