I believe that it must have been cut off, as it has a place for the pin. It would slide most of the way down into the hull but has an unknown amount cut off. The sleive part got knocked out of the glass and there is no way I can remove it, repair, and then rebolt it from the top. I will rig up a roller on a piece for the same spot or the rudder mount as this is a 21. This rigging up will be much quicker as Cory described. Dan
