Hi Mike,
Thanks for finding and supplying your HIN. However, that number belongs to the CM30 family, not the CM32. There are at least four possibilities: it's actually a 30 but someone told you it's a 32; you copied the number incorrectly; somebody, either at the factory or maliciously later, stamped the wrong number on that boat; or Clipper made a special series of 32s that used 30s numbers.
It shouldn't take a lot of effort to find out whether it's a 30 or a 32 (maybe the photos below will help), but all of the 30s I'm aware of have numbers consistent with that one, and none of the 32s do. The 30 measures 30' 7" overall, and 25' 0" waterline. The 32 is actually 31'7" o/a, and 26'0" wl.
Assuming the number is correct and it's actually a CM30, I can tell you that there is someone named Jim whose boat is (or was) named "Junkyard Dog" that claims to be hull #94, but has not supplied an actual HIN. On the other side is hull no. 100, last identified in Oregon, that was also built in July, 1975, just like your boat and numbers 105 and 106.
Let us know what you find out.
Greg
