Hi guys, our new life on the Central Coast has been a bit different than we had planned. Since our Truckee house has not sold (currently in Escrow after a year and three months and $300,000 knocked off the price, we hope this sale happens. Our 26 and 21 have not moved since we got here. We have been so busy with other stuff that sailing is not on the list. One of these days..... I owe apologies to Rod and his wife for not ever getting back up to Morro Bay for a sail. That said, life is pretty good on the central coast, and we won't be plowing snow this winter. Take Care ya'll
