re:bottom job

Hi Eldon, My boat was in the same condition as your's , I just sanded and painted the bottom with epoxy type paint, jelcoating requires a lot of sanding as I'm told? I sanded and painted my keel with a rust inhibitor then later painted it with the same epoxy as the hull. Believe it or not it's been out of the water for almost two years and the salt water is still dripping out of the keel???????
I don't know how to stop it! Good luck with yours,
