Hi Cope, That pulley usually mounts on the walkway next to the cabin trunk just foreward of the cockpit combing for the jib or genoa sheet rope to go thru, and the cam cleat is usually mounted in line with it up on top of the cockpit combing behind the winch. Do you have a clipper 21? What you are showing in the photo looks like the original hardware I had on my 21 circa 1976.
